Hello Fablers. In this video, we're going to talk about the Zoom Blur. Using our reference image let's go to the top, right to the effects library, scroll down and select our zoom blur filter. Once you apply it you'll see we have a couple of parameters here. We've got Center X, Center Y, Strength, The Gradients, "is spreading" and Global Opacity.
Much like the tilt shift effect, this effect runs off of a gradient map. Center X you can think of as the origin point in the X plan, so from left to right. Center Y is the origin point in the Y direction, so top to bottom.
Strength will tell us how much to apply. "Is spreading" similar to the tilt shift effect will allow our blur to extend past the bounding box of art work. And finally our global capacity controls of the visibility of the effect overall.
