Hello, Fablers. Welcome back to another Academy video. So in this one we're going to be talking about the Strip Deformer. Once again, let's select our layer here. Make sure it's active. We go to the top right here to our effects panel. Let's type in strip, drag it, drop it. And there we go. Basically, the strip takes a cross section of the canvas and stretches it across the canvas from end to end.
We have a couple of parameters here. Size will dictate how large and how many strips.
Center X dictates in which direction the point of origin can be found. Center Y is top to bottom, which in this case is not particularly noticeable because of the image of region underneath. Angle does some crazy things like so. Angle basically controls the rotation. And once again, we have global opacity to control the opacity of the effect on the layer below.
