Hello Fablers, and welcome back to another Academy tutorial. In this one we'll be looking at the Mirror effect.
In our scene here, we've got a simple JPEG. With it selected, as you can see here, the layer is active. Go to the top right here to the effects window, and let's start to type in mirror. Click, drag, and drop to apply.
Immediately you kind of see what's happening. We have a few options. The mirror effect can mirror either in the vertical direction or the horizontal. So if you turn on vertical, you'll notice it splits down the center, horizontal splits down the horizontal center. And if you turn them both on it does both.
Finally, we've got our global opacity slider, and this lets us go from 0 to 100% visibility on the effect.
