Directional Blur

Hello Fablers. In this video, we're going to talk about the directional blur. So in this scene we have this little beautiful shot of a river running through a green lush valley. To get started, go to the top right as usual, scroll down to find our directional blur. We apply it and it gives us a couple options.

The two main options are angle and distance. The third option "is spreading" is not particularly useful in this blur, but it will kick in in the other blur effects that we have in our library. Exaggerate the strength a little bit to make it pretty obvious as you turn the angle, you can see that the direction of the blur moves throughout our image.
